 COVID-19 Service Update

In the light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 we are operating at a reduced level. Orders can still be placed and will be shipped if the goods are in stock. We aim to dispatch in stock orders as soon as possible to avoid any delays or possible cancellations at this difficult time, but please be supportive and allow extra time for dispatch and delivery and give us 3-5 days processing time. Our main couriers are experiencing delivery delays around this globe.

Please bare in mind before contacting us to ask where your order is as this will only slow down the process of us completing orders please allow up to 5 days extra on your delivery time. 

 Please allow 24 hour response on emails.

What are my payment options?

All orders are processed through Paypal. 

Do you accept returns?

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from KillAllChrome. However if you’re not happy or purchased the wrong item you can return to us. Items you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive them. Buyer MUST pay return postage if its a non fault item. 

On returning for non fault of ours or change of mind etc.. a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

On return please pop a note on the inside of the parcel so we know who has returned it and which order it corresponds to. Refunds take up to 3 working days from us receiving back. If you do have a question or need any help fitting your product just contact us on any of the above contact details. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do, Extra shipping charges are made at the end of the transaction onto checkout. While we regret any delays to your parcel arriving that may be caused by the postal system and custom processing in other countries. 

When will my item be shipped?

We currently fill and ship orders on working days that we are open (baring in mind we do not ship on weds/thurs as we are closed). When ordering please bare in mind we work independently and during busy periods the turn around time can vary. Delivery times vary per destination and courier we use. You will always receive a confirmation email regarding your order at our end which means we have confirmed your order and its ready to be dispatched to you. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for courier delays these are out of our hands and your order is on it’s way.  If you would like any tracking info please contact us.
