Do you accept returns?
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from KillAllChrome. However if you’re not happy or purchased the wrong item you can return to us. Items you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive them. Buyer MUST pay return postage if its a non fault item.
We HIGHLY recommend test fitting and observing the item before immediately fitting the product to your car if there is any issues PLEASE get in contact with us before sticking the product to your car! Test fitting is IMPORTANT! ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
On returning for non fault of ours or change of mind etc.. a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. If you are unsure if your purchasing the correct item give us a call on 44730982613 and we will happily assist you.
On return please pop a note on the inside of the parcel so we know who has returned it and which order it corresponds to and why the return has been made.
It can take up to 7 working days for your return to be delivered back to our returns department and processed but please ensure you have a cover note inside with the order number.
